Tim Saber Pungli Socialized in West Jakarta

West Jakarta Administration and police are conducting socialization about anti-illegal levy task force, locally known as tim saber pungli to the public.

We do this by installing banners in urban village offices, sub-district offices and public service offices

Starting on March 20, 2017, the team will begin sweeping pungli and conducting operation in public service places.

West Jakarta Vice Mayor, Muhammad Zen disclosed socialization is conducted to enlighten and provide information to the public.

"We do this by installing banners in urban village offices, sub-district offices and public service offices," he stated, at West Jakarta Mayor Office, Wednesday (3/15).

At the same place, West Jakarta Metro Resort Police Vice Chief, AKBP Adex Yudiswan added, basically, the saber pungli is more priority to prevention rather than repression.

He explains, in the field, the team will conduct sweeping on the pungli practices in sectors of permit, social and grant aid, education, as well as goods and service procurement.

"In the police zone, they will control public services like SIM, STNK, SKCK and so on," he disclosed.
